Privacy Policy

This is a general-purpose template, not legal advice, and hasn't been reviewed by an attorney. Have a lawyer review it — especially the sections on third-party sharing and any state/country-specific rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) that apply to your actual visitors — before relying on it in production.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you submit. Each calculator has an optional form to request a follow-up. If you fill it in, we collect your name, email, phone number, and (if provided) company name and company size, along with the calculator inputs you entered (e.g. purchase price, aircraft model, assumptions) so a follow-up can reference the numbers you actually ran.
- Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. At this time the Site does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies — if that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Follow up with you about the calculator results you generated.
- Connect you with third-party lenders, CPAs, or other specialists relevant to the calculator you used — this is the core purpose of the forms, and by submitting one you're asking to be introduced to a relevant partner.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Who we share it with
We share the information you submit with:
- Referral partners — the lenders, CPAs, or other specialists relevant to the calculator you used, so they can follow up with you directly.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf to run the Site: our database host (Supabase) stores submissions, and our email provider (Resend) sends us a notification when you submit a form. Neither uses your information for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information.
Cookies
The Site does not currently set third-party tracking or advertising cookies. It may use strictly necessary local storage (for example, to remember that you've already seen a cookie notice) which isn't used to track you across sites. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we'll update this section and the notice shown on the Site.
Data retention
We keep submitted form data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose you submitted it for, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it's deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults evaluating aircraft purchases and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
